Build AI-Assisted Bulk Inventory Upload System (WordPress – Aviation Marketplace)

We are launching a B2B aviation marketplace for aircraft engines and engine spare parts, built on WordPress using the Listivo theme. We require an experienced developer to build a robust bulk inventory upload system that allows suppliers to upload their full inventory using a structured Excel template (Engines + Spares tabs), with optional ZIP image upload support. The system must validate data, apply strict deduplication logic (ESN for engines, PN + Condition + Location + Seller for spares), process files in the background (no timeouts), assign default engine images based on engine type when none are provided, and automatically create or update listings within WordPress.

This must be developed as a clean, scalable custom WordPress plugin with proper validation, background queue processing, secure architecture, and an admin dashboard for upload history, error handling, and processing logs. The system must handle large files (5,000+ rows) reliably and include supplier confirmation emails after processing.
