Bot Development for Business Automation

Job ID: 40492058

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I’m a non-technical founder building PlayDelay — a web app that helps sports fans sync radio broadcasts with delayed TV streams. I also run content creation, advocacy work, and personal automation.
Because of my physical situation (I use Neuralink for computer control), I move slowly on technical tasks. I need a reliable, slightly technical person who can just get things done for me — setting up and maintaining AI agents, handling small-to-medium technical work, and keeping projects moving without constant back-and-forth.
This is not a full developer role. It’s a hands-on technical assistant / automation specialist position.
What You’ll Be Doing

Set up, connect, and maintain AI agents (especially for PlayDelay operations — monitoring, support, content, etc.)
Work with tools like Supabase, Vercel, n8n, Make.com, Cursor, Claude, and basic scripting
Handle random technical tasks I throw your way (troubleshooting, integrations, small automations, deployment help)
Document what you build so it’s clear and maintainable
Keep things organized and moving forward asynchronously

Ideal Candidate

Comfortable with both no-code tools and light technical work
Experience building or maintaining AI agents / automations
Clear communicator who documents their work well
Patient and proactive — you don’t need constant direction
Reliable and responsive (even if async)
Bonus: Experience working with disabled founders or accessibility-aware workflows

How We’ll Work Together

Fully remote and asynchronous
I’ll mostly communicate via short text
You’ll work in small, clear chunks and update me on progress
Expect 5–15 hours per week to start (flexible)
