AI-Based Electronic Device Design and Prototyping -- 2

I'm looking for the help on designing my AI-based electronic device. I need its design for manufacturing, engineering and prototyping. The prototype should be fully functional and the design should be manufacturing ready for future scaling. You will need to maintain the IP confidentiality and sign the NDA before starting on the project. You should have a solid understanding of hardware, software and AI features and CAD models. Below will be the deliverables:

1. Concept Design Files – CAD models, renders, and exploded views.
2. Functional Prototype – Fully working unit with all core features.
3. Bill of Materials (BOM) – Detailed component list with sourcing options.
4. Firmware & Software – AI engine and UI.
5. Testing & Validation Report – Performance, safety, and usability testing results.
6. Manufacturing Readiness Package – DFM recommendations and tooling considerations.

Below are the qualifications for this project:
- Proven experience in consumer electronics prototyping.
- In‑house or partnered capabilities for industrial design + electronics + firmware.
- Experience with eco‑friendly materials and child‑safe certifications.
- Ability to work under strict NDA/IP protection.
- References from similar projects.
