Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced Data & AI architect who can take full ownership of our upcoming AI initiatives for a major banking client. The role spans technical presales, proposal shaping, and hands-on delivery leadership.
Scope of work
• Host discovery and presales workshops to understand business pain points around fraud detection, customer service chatbots, and predictive loan analytics.
• Translate those insights into a clear solution blueprint—data flows, target architecture (cloud or hybrid), model pipeline, security and governance layers.
• Design a practical data-creation strategy; we currently have no usable datasets, so you’ll work closely with our IT and Customer Service departments to outline collection, labeling, and quality-control processes.
• Prepare compelling proposal material and cost estimates that win stakeholder sign-off.
• Oversee the first phase of delivery: set up data ingestion, define feature engineering approach, prototype models, and measure initial KPIs.
Key deliverables
1. Solution blueprint and architecture diagrams.
2. Data acquisition and governance roadmap.
3. Presales slide deck and technical proposal.
4. Implementation playbook covering timelines, resource needs, and risk mitigation.
5. Knowledge-transfer sessions for internal teams.
I value clear communication, banking-grade security awareness, and a track record with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and at least one major cloud ML stack (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex).
