I developed an end-to-end, multi-phase autonomous AI pipeline designed to proactively monitor systems, identify risks, and diagnose issues with minimal human intervention. This solution combines advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, and intelligent automation to transform raw engineering data into actionable insights.

At its core, the system performs predictive forecasting to anticipate trends and potential failures before they occur. It integrates causal inference techniques, including Average Treatment Effect (ATE) estimation, to go beyond correlation and uncover true cause-and-effect relationships across key engineering metrics.

To ensure operational safety and decision transparency, I designed a policy-driven governance layer that evaluates deployment risk in real time. This layer automatically classifies risk levels and generates structured, easy-to-understand incident reports, enabling teams to respond quickly and confidently.

The platform also includes an intelligent anomaly detection system that continuously scans for irregular patterns and performance deviations. When issues arise, a dedicated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) agent autonomously investigates incidents, tracks escalation paths, monitors rollbacks, and pinpoints the underlying causes—significantly reducing troubleshooting time.
