AI Automation Developer – YouTube & Content Systems

We operate multiple YouTube channels and are building a scalable AI-powered content production system. Our current backend uses n8n as the automation engine, connecting APIs like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Flux, Creatomate, and Airtable to generate long-form video content.

We’re looking for a developer who can improve, adapt, and scale this system — and help us grow into a business that builds and manages turnkey YouTube channels for clients.

The Role
You’ll work on:

Improving & modifying our current n8n workflow as AI models and APIs evolve.

Building a web interface (frontend) for our team and freelancers to easily create content using the n8n backend.

Optimizing costs for image and video generation (exploring open-source AI models and GPU hosting on dedicated servers).

Designing and maintaining Airtable linked tables for content and client management.

Managing Creatomate templates and other API-based media tools.

Ensuring the system runs smoothly and reliably as we scale to multiple channels.

Required Skills
JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js environment)

REST / GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth2 authentication

Basic database knowledge (Airtable, PostgreSQL, or similar)

Familiarity with Docker and deployment workflows

Experience with at least one visual automation tool (n8n, Pipedream, Make, Zapier, etc.)

Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, MidJourney, Flux, Runway, etc.)

Understanding of prompt engineering for text, image, and video generation

Nice-to-Have
Experience with FFmpeg for media processing

UI development skills (React, Vue, or similar)

Experience with GPU hosting platforms (RunPod, Vast.ai)

Knowledge of open-source AI model deployment

Familiarity with YouTube API for uploads and metadata
