AI Automation Consultant (GTM, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Operations)

We’re hiring a senior-level consultant or contractor to analyze our business, architect automation workflows, and lead the design of agentic systems across sales, marketing, recruiting, and client delivery.
Your Mission
Work directly with the CEO and 4 AI engineers to:
- Audit our existing processes across GTM, recruiting, and client ops
- Identify bottlenecks, manual workflows, and automation opportunities
- Design agent-powered systems (e.g. sourcing, outreach, funnel workflows, follow-ups, analytics)
- Translate business needs into automation specs and scalable system designs
- Provide leadership on tooling, architecture, and growth loop strategies
- Advise on best practices for prompt engineering, integrations, APIs, and automation tech stack
Who You Are
- A senior GTM/revops/automation expert or product-minded growth engineer
- Fluent in AI agent workflows, API-based automation, and modern no-code/low-code tools
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward fast iteration and measurable business outcomes
- 5+ years in ops, growth, consulting, or business systems design
- Experience with recruitment, SaaS, or high-volume GTM funnels a major plus
