AI Assistant Integration on WeChat & TikTok

I need an AI assistant to help me running an E-shop based in China.
I would like to get it locally using n8n to tune minor request if needed.

This assistant shall (1st step):
- understand our business environment and process
- communicate trough Wechat (weixin) speech & text
- analyze Tiktok shop data to inform and advice on stocks, sells, items, costumers...
- answer costumers/suppliers/teams/boss questions. if not, assistant shall pass over to the right contact.
example: broken item is reported (inform supplier to fix and boss to report)

This assistant shall (2nd step):
- get picture of new item on wechat, clean it and prepare it for shop link
- get further information from the boss, as quantity, price, size, date....
- use wisely these information and create new link on Tiktok shop for these items

This assistant shall (3rd step):
- create videos for link's add
- create useful media/graph to read data on various topic
- answer strategic questions (using boss, book, research, knowledge)

This assistant shall (4th step):
- there is other platform we will use
- there is an app to create if all is going smooth

our main goal is to create our IT dpt with trust and long term relationship.
speaking Chinese is not required but environment is Chinese and evolve specific environment.
English or translation support to English will be essential.
regarding your own priorities, we will organize this project with you. discussion is open to get it down.
