Turn Hand-Drawn Art into AI-Powered Animated Stories (Full MVP Build)

Project Overview:
We're creating a web-based platform that transforms hand-drawn images into short, animated video stories using AI.

The idea is simple: users upload a drawing, enter a brief idea or prompt, and receive a professionally narrated, AI-generated animation in return.

We’re looking for a full-stack developer (or small team) to build the MVP within 4–6 weeks. The end result should feel magical and delightful.

Key Features (MVP Scope):
Frontend:

Landing page (modern, fun aesthetic)

Drawing/image upload interface

Input form: name/title + one-line story idea

Payment integration (Stripe or Paddle)

Output page or email delivery system

Backend / AI Pipeline:

Drawing → animation (using RunwayML, Pika Labs, or similar)

Script/story generation via GPT-4 API (OpenAI)

Voiceover via ElevenLabs or similar text-to-speech API

Video stitched together with tools like FFmpeg or hosted services

User receives final MP4 download or stream

Admin/Tracking:

Simple dashboard to monitor submissions and delivery status

Internal database or Google Sheet sync

Preferred Tech Stack (Flexible):
Frontend: Next.js / React + Tailwind

Backend: Firebase / Supabase / Node.js

AI Tools: GPT-4 (OpenAI), ElevenLabs, RunwayML or alternatives

Media Tools: FFmpeg or hosted tools (Kaiber, Pika, etc.)

Payments: Stripe Checkout

Hosting: Vercel or Firebase

Who You Are:
Full-stack developer with experience in AI API integrations

Confident working with multimedia tools (images, audio, video)

Clean and creative frontend execution

Bonus: Past work on creative, generative, or personalized content tools

Deliverables:
Fully functional MVP (upload → video delivery flow)

2–3 live example videos to show output

Admin access or internal dashboard

Maintenance & handover documentation
