AI Android BOM Calculator
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want an Android-only app that lets my LED-screen customers generate an accurate Bill of Material (BOM) in minutes. The flow is simple:
• The customer enters an email address, receives a one-time password, verifies it, then completes a short set of form fields.
• They pick the screen size (and any other variables you suggest for better accuracy).
• An AI-driven engine matches that size to the exact modules, cabinets, power supplies, cables, and accessories we stock.
• The result appears instantly, then routes to our sales dashboard where pricing—either pre-loaded in the database or overridden by the team—attaches to the BOM before final download or quote sharing.
What I need from you
1. A polished Android front-end (Kotlin or Flutter are fine) with OTP email authentication and clean form inputs.
2. A lightweight back-end (Firebase, Supabase, or your preferred stack) that stores user data, component SKUs, and dynamic pricing.
3. The AI/rule engine that maps screen specs to components; it should be easy for us to adjust logic as our catalogue grows.
4. An admin portal for sales staff to review BOMs, tweak prices, and approve or reject before the customer sees the final quote.
5. PDF/Excel export of the approved BOM, branded with our logo.
6. Source code, brief technical documentation, and a handover call.
Acceptance criteria
• OTP arrives within 30 seconds and blocks further steps until verified.
• For any given screen size the component list matches our current manual calculator 100 % of the time.
• Admin overrides immediately reflect in the customer view.
• App passes Google Play review requirements.
