AI Analysis Tool on WordPress

I'm looking for a developer to build a single-page WordPress tester. The page should allow users to upload either an image or a short video (≤10–12 seconds) and receive detailed AI-generated feedback.

Requirements:
- Upload both image and short video
- Analyze button triggers detailed AI feedback
- Immediate upload deletion post-analysis (no storage on WordPress)

Ideal Skills:
- WordPress development expertise
- Experience with file upload and preview functionalities
