Agentic AI Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks with minimal human intervention. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI frameworks, LLMs (Large Language Models), and autonomous agent architectures to build next-generation AI solutions for complex real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making, reasoning, and multi-step task execution.
Implement and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and integrate them with external APIs, databases, and knowledge graphs.
Build agentic workflows (multi-agent collaboration, tool usage, and memory systems).
Work with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar to develop advanced AI capabilities.
Develop and deploy prompt engineering and context management strategies for high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Continuously monitor, test, and optimize AI models for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML and autonomous agent research to implement innovative features.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong experience in Python, JavaScript, or other AI-friendly programming languages.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI).
Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and AI planning algorithms.
Familiarity with API integrations, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex AI-driven projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with multi-agent systems, real-time AI reasoning, or robotics.
Contributions to open-source AI/agentic frameworks.
Knowledge of data privacy, ethics, and security in AI systems.
