AI Agent Workflow Automation Developer

AI Software Engineer (LLMs & Automation)

We are an AI-native development shop building agent systems, automation workflows, and internal tools for business clients. This is a long-term role for someone who can take ownership, ship reliably, and iterate quickly.

What you will work on:
- Design and build production-grade AI systems and automation
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic etc.) into client applications
- Build and optimize workflows across APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms
- Evaluate outputs, harden reliability, and document handoffs clearly

Requirements:
- Strong experience shipping software in Python and/or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool orchestration
- Comfort integrating APIs and working with data pipelines
- Debugging mindset, clear communication, and ability to work independently

Nice to have:
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, etc.)
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD
- Vector databases/retrieval/evaluation tools
