AI Agent Developer for Law Firm

We are looking for an experienced AI agent developer to help our California-based law firm build Claude-powered AI agents for internal legal workflows.

Key responsibilities:

Build AI agents using Claude / Anthropic API or similar large language model tools.
Help automate legal document review, summarization, and information extraction.
Create workflows for contract analysis, case document organization, and internal research assistance.
Design a secure system that can work with sensitive legal documents.
Build a simple user interface or integrate the agent into our existing tools.
Set up retrieval-augmented generation, document search, prompt workflows, and agent memory where appropriate.
Provide documentation so our small software team can maintain and improve the system later.

Required experience:

Strong experience with Claude, Anthropic API, OpenAI API, or other LLM systems.
Experience building AI agents, not only simple chatbots.
Experience with RAG, vector databases, document parsing, and workflow automation.
Strong backend development experience, preferably with Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar.
Good understanding of privacy, security, and access control.
Legal-tech experience is a strong plus.
