Advanced OLX-Style Marketplace App

I’m looking for a compact MVP that captures the spirit of OLX while staying lighter on ads and smarter for users. Here’s what I need at this stage:

• Listings: users can post, edit, browse, and search items.
• Buyer-seller chat: realtime, in-app messaging so deals stay inside the platform.
• Ratings & reviews: each completed transaction lets both sides leave feedback.
• AI suggestions: a simple rules- or model-based function that surfaces related products on the item page.
• Porter link-out: a “Book Delivery” button that launches the Porter app with pick-up and drop details pre-filled—no deeper integration required.

Keep the interface clean, reserve only a small placeholder for future ads, and build with any stack you’re comfortable maintaining (Flutter, React Native, or native Android are fine). I’ll need:

– Source code with clear structure
– A brief README for local build and deployment
– One hand-off call or recorded walkthrough

This first release should be functional enough for early user testing, so focus on stability and clarity over exhaustive features.
