WorkflowMax Data Extraction and Email Automation App

I need a developer to create an app that extracts specific data from WorkflowMax and automates emails to clients based on this data.

Requirements:
- Extract the following data from WorkflowMax:
- Client information
- Project details
- Automate emails to clients regarding:
- Start date
- Job specifics e.g if we are painting doors in a unit block, a door schedule will be present.
- Email triggers will be based on dates entered in WorkflowMax
