You’ll receive a folder of aging movie posters and legacy logos—some faded, some torn, all crying out for new life. I’ll provide links to several free, browser-based AI tools that handle upscaling, denoising, and one-click background removal, so you can concentrate on the creative decisions instead of hunting for software.
The assignment covers posters and logos in equal measure. Each image should come back crisp, high-resolution, and true to its vintage charm: colours refreshed but never over-saturated, grain sympathetically retained where it adds character, type deblurred yet still period-appropriate. Backgrounds must be stripped clean (transparent PNG) so the artwork can be dropped straight into new layouts.
Deliverables
• Restored image files: 300 dpi PNG (transparent) + layered PSD or TIFF
• AI tool settings or presets used, saved per file for repeatability
• Quick before/after preview for every asset to confirm improvements
