I'm looking for a skilled web designer to update messaging across my biotech CRO website in Figma and create a new solutions overview page. The designer must be proficient in using AI to speed up the design process and willing to share screen during their work process so that the work can be verified in real time.

What you'll do:
- Update homepage messaging to new copy
- Create a new "Solutions Overview" page showcasing our 4 service categories
- Ensure design maintains our scientific credibility while feeling modern and approachable
- Use AI to reduce work time
- Share screen while performing work

Requirements:
- Experience with B2B/biotech website design preferred
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Ability to work within existing design system
- Quick turnaround
