Create a Personal AI Avatar from me + Multiple Videos Using My Provided Scripts

Hi,
I would like to create a personal AI avatar of myself (my face and my voice) that can be used to generate multiple videos based on different scripts I will provide.
What I need:
You will guide me through recording the short video required to train the avatar.
You will create the custom AI avatar in your own platform.
Then, you’ll use that avatar to produce several short videos based on my scripts (each around 1–3 minutes), first start with 10 videos.
The videos should look professional and be spoken in [insert language, Dutch].
Deliver the final videos in MP4 format (1080p), ready for online use.
Important:
The avatar must remain my property (full rights to my likeness and voice).
I want the option to order more videos later using the same avatar.
Please let me know:
What materials you need from me to get started (e.g., example text for the training video).
How you are going to help me (with which tools, since I am interested to create a lot in the future)
An estimate of the time and cost to create the avatar + the 10 different video's
