Tech SaaS Content Writer

I’m refining the voice of Cluely – our AI-powered meeting assistant that helps users respond intelligently on Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. To launch the next release, I need a versatile writer who can turn complex product capabilities into crisp, benefits-driven copy that converts visitors into sign-ups.

Scope of work
• Craft short, punchy product descriptions for the website and in-app tooltips
• Write SEO-optimised landing-page sections and micro-copy that follows current best practice (on-page keywords, natural semantic variants, compelling meta tags)
• Translate technical AI features – real-time transcript analysis, context-aware reply suggestions, GPT-based summarisation – into language any business user can understand

What I’m looking for
• Portfolio showing previous work for tech or SaaS brands (blog posts, feature pages, onboarding emails, etc.)
• Proven ability to balance clarity with a friendly, engaging tone
• Impeccable English, fast turnaround, openness to one or two revision rounds
