Personalised Landscaping Brochure Copywriting
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Hello there,
I am creating a brochure that is personalised to each of my landscaping clients.
I am looking for an accomplished copy writer for an interesting project to create a skeleton of text off of which the brochure will be based.
A transcript of the discussion with my client will be used to flesh out the journey you are going to create for them ahead of time, culminating in a call to action and a sale.
I have a designer who will make it look great, and a chap developing the engine. Now I want to find if there is sales talent here who has experience with AI writing from your words/prompts.
This is the format of the brochure;
1) Hello page - just changes their name.
2) second page, a 200 word or less journey we take them on (automatically personalised from the transcript).
3) product pages - 50-75 words. Premium Fencing, artificial grass, Jackson’s fencing, paving etc etc - each one will have one thing to aim to get in there (like Jackson’s have a 25 year guarantee, same with our premium fencing). Let’s start off with 6 product pages
4) end journey - the yin to the yang of the 2) page. We wrap it up and leave them wanting more. 200 words or less.
5) cost - often times a cost for each service with an overall cost down the bottom. Wants to be handled perfectly.
6) Call to action - 75 words ish. Let’s get them calling back to me and booking in!
7) 6 will turn to the next page 7- this will heavily feature a finance offer with variable figures based on the prices we are quoting and sales copy around that.
8) this is a detailed boring bit the customer doesn’t particularly read. This is a series of dry instructions and specifications. The customer can read it but it’s reallly for my installation teams.
