Bright Fortune Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based multilingual data company building training datasets for generative AI. We're currently hiring 5 native Japanese writers for a long-term remote contract — reviewing, correcting, and creating Japanese content that helps AI models write more naturally and accurately.
The role:
- Edit and review AI-generated Japanese text for natural flow and factual accuracy
- Write original Japanese responses based on specific prompts
- Classify AI outputs through a web-based dashboard
No prior AI experience required.
Requirements:
- Native-level Japanese (written proficiency is essential)
- Business-level English — TOEIC 785+, Eiken Pre-1 or Grade 1, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Windows 11 Pro or Mac (no tablets or smartphones)
- Stable internet connection, 40 Mbps or higher
Contract details:
- JPY 1,300/hr (tax included), with performance-based raises
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (e.g. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM JST including 1-hour break)
- Independent contractor, fully remote
- Long-term engagement — trial period followed by ongoing contract upon mutual agreement
