You will not be writing from scratch. We already have standard post templates and highly optimized AI prompts. Your core responsibility will be merging human creativity with our AI workflow. You will use our systems to generate the base content, but your real value will be in finding great angles, refining the text, and polishing it to match the voice and authority of each specific profile.
What You Will Do:
Creative Strategy: Proactively research and find great content ideas and fresh angles for different clients.
Concept Development: Propose strong "Big Ideas" that will make the content stand out and resonate deeply with the target audience.
Content Structuring: Craft the narrative arc of Reels and Carousels to build anticipation and deliver a powerful "climax" (the peak payoff of the post), maximizing viewer retention.
AI Operation: Operate our internal AI workflow using pre-defined prompts and templates to generate the initial drafts.
Refinement: Edit, format, and humanize the AI output. Adapt the tone of voice accurately across different niches (highly professional for Law, energetic for Marketing, etc.), ensuring the text never feels robotic.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of storytelling and Instagram dynamics (hooks, the "climax" of a Reel, and swipe-through logic for Carousels).
