PowerPoint and AI Handouts Overhaul

I have a power point and handouts done in AI. I need them to be updated, formatred and ready for a conference in 5 days. It's 15 slides with graphic and content done..I can't make changes but have made notes on each one in power point. The graphics designed by AI are too busy. I need less words and cleaner graphics. I need some of the powerpoint slides int he handouts.
