Role Summary
As an annotator, you will:
- Edit Content: Improve AI-generated text to make it sound more natural and clear
- Check Metadata: Make sure metadata (like product categories) is correct
- Create Reasoning Steps: Write clear steps explaining how a conclusion is reached in customer-agent interactions.
Responsibilities
- Validate the tone and logic of AI-generated text
- Edit text for clarity, flow, and accuracy
- Create clear, step-by-step reasoning for decisions
- Follow detailed guidelines for consistency and quality
- Meet weekly productivity and quality goals
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Writing & Editing: Excellent writing skills, with experience refining text.
- AI Experience: Familiarity with AI prompts, editing AI responses.
- Reasoning Skills: Strong logical thinking and ability to create multi-step reasoning.
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Understanding of online shopping terms and customer interactions.
- Reliability: Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using online tools and annotation platforms.
