AI Social & Scheduling Automation Agents
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I want to put a team of AI-powered agents to work on the dull, repetitive pieces of my daily workflow so I can focus on strategy and growth.
The priority is a set of social-media posting and scheduling agents, backed by a calendar/email assistant and a lightweight customer-feedback bot. Everything has to sit on top of no-code or low-code tools so updates stay in my control.
Scope of work
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn post agents – pull draft captions from a Google Sheet, generate or fetch creative, schedule and publish automatically.
• Telegram bot agent – push the same content to my Telegram channel and answer basic “What’s new?” enquiries.
• Calendar/email agent – monitor my inbox, auto-propose meeting slots, and place approved events straight into Google Calendar.
• Feedback-processing chatbot – live on the website, route customer comments to the correct Slack channel and tag sentiment.
Key requirements
– Build with platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or comparable no-code stacks; no hard-coded back-end.
– OpenAI or similar LLM for copy tweaks, summarisation and sentiment analysis.
– All data stored in Google Drive and synced to our CRM.
– Human hand-off option for any message the models flag as complex.

1. Fully configured automation workflows for each agent.
2. Clean documentation (flowcharts + step-by-step edits).
3. Short Loom video walkthrough so my team can maintain it.
Acceptance criteria
• A single test post travels from spreadsheet to live Instagram without manual touch.
• Calendar/email agent books a meeting from an inbound request within two email exchanges.
• Feedback chatbot classifies at least 80 % of messages correctly in a 30-message test set.
