Social Media Growth Operator & Content Manager (AI + Viral Content)

Hiring a Social Media Account Manager and Growth Operator to help launch and grow a network of social media accounts focused on young women (16–28).
Topics Include:

You must be able to put yourself in the position and understand the demographic of young women to properly source clips, and create posts.
We are looking for someone who understands viral content, trend identification, AI tools, content curation, audience psychology, account growth and most important building community.
Your job is to build and operate the content machine.
We will first begin on TikTok and then expand to the others.
You’ll be responsible for everything related to the channel and its success
Responsibilities:
• Find viral clips, trends, conversations, and content opportunities daily
• Use AI tools to create posts, carousels, captions, hooks, and content variations
• Source podcast clips, interviews, street interviews, memes, and viral content that can be repurposed
• Turn one piece of content into multiple platform-specific posts
• Schedule and publish content daily
• Test hooks, captions, thumbnails, and formats
• Monitor analytics and double down on what works
• Stay ahead of trends before they become saturated
• Build systems and workflows that allow content production to scale
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Assist with community engagement and audience growth
• Research competitors, analyze their content and identify opportunities we are missing
Ideal Candidate:
• Has grown social media accounts before
• Understands TikTok deeply
• Uses ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and similar tools regularly
• Obsessed with studying why content goes viral
• Understands retention, hooks, curiosity gaps, and audience psychology
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable moving fast and testing ideas
• Thinks like an operator, not just a content creator
