AI-Savvy Virtual Assistant for Digital Content Creation

DigiVUE Agency is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our Los Angeles-based team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is designed for a creative professional who excels at leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-quality digital content. You will be instrumental in maintaining our digital presence across social media, blogs, newsletters, and voiceovers.

Key Responsibilities
• AI-Powered Content Generation: Utilize advanced AI prompting techniques to draft, iterate, and polish high-quality written content.

• Copywriting: Write compelling long-form and short-form content, including blog articles, email newsletters, and high-conversion landing page copy.

• Social Media Management: Create engaging posts, captions, and schedules for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive audience growth and engagement.

• Audio Production: Draft scripts specifically optimized for voice-over narration and utilize Eleven Labs to generate high-quality, emotive AI voice-overs.

• Project Coordination: Maintain real-time communication with the LA office and manage task deadlines within the Teamwork platform.

Required Technical Skills
• Expertise in Eleven Labs (Voice cloning, speech-to-speech, and generative AI audio). • Proficiency with Slack and Teamwork (or similar PM tools).

• Demonstrated experience with AI LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for content drafting.

Work Schedule: Part-time hours aligned with the Los Angeles business day (Pacific Time). Coordination will occur via Slack, and project management will occur through Teamwork.
