AI Research Assistant with Email Outreach

I'm seeking an AI solution to streamline research and email outreach.
Key tasks include:
- Matching users to relevant business resources
- Summarizing research on businesses for email content
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in AI development
- Experience in content generation, particularly research summaries
- Strong understanding of business research and data interpretation
- Proficiency in email outreach automation
the project is to create an AI that is accessible to the public via a website interface and is account-based so they log in and access their portal. The AI will take prompts from the user to build the profile, and then periodically search the web to find resources that match, alerting the user. I would load the AI on how to guide the user based on the results given and potentially send cold outreach emails and pull data to customize the cold outreach emails. I would need the AI to run web searches and we could also preload it with some info for more targeted results. We are a small company so I am hoping to not spend a lot on AI credits or subscriptions. I know of a program that does kind of this same thing called “Marblism” that I have a subscription to; I think their AI “Stan” is a decent model like what I’m looking for but for my audience. I want to charge a fee for use so we would need to connect to certain services like Stripe or Kajabi payments which we have. We also have Zapier, Mailchimp, and Kajabi, and I would get a domain and host set up for this project but haven’t got it yet- just want to make sure I get the right one for the code needed.
