The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can efficiently generate a month's worth of content and high-impact short-form videos for multiple clients. The core function of this role is to master and leverage the Marky.ai platform to manage multiple client accounts, ensuring maximum efficiency and content quality. Rapid Content Generation: Utilize the Marky.ai platform to generate a full 30 days of strategic social media content in no more than a couple of hours per client.
Initial Client Setup: Dedicate focused time to the initial setup of new client accounts within Marky.ai. This is the majority of the work and includes:
Verifying and configuring the client’s Brand Voice, Tones, and Brand Personality within the AI settings.
Implementing and verifying the platform's Theme Builder to ensure 100% brand consistency (matching colors, fonts, and visual styles).
Populating and managing the client-specific Knowledge Base by adding relevant topics and foundational content to guide the AI.
Workflow Oversight: Manage the client content review and approval process within the Marky.ai software. Clients will log in directly to approve content and leave comments.
Time Management (Crucial Requirement): Ensure that the total time spent on any single client account does not exceed 3 to 4 hours per month for the content generation, setup verification, and maintenance.Content Creation & Production
Video Content Production: Supplement the AI-generated strategy by creating and editing high-impact short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
The candidate is required to deliver 2 to 4 edited video shorts per client per month to demonstrate capabilities and boost client engagement.
Design Perfection: Use expertise in Canva, and working proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to refine, edit, and perfect any graphics or visuals generated by the AI platform to meet the highest quality standards.
Account Onboarding & Compliance
New Client Onboarding: Successfully set up and link all necessary social media accounts within the agency's software for every new client onboarded.
Ensure all content and strategy adheres to platform best practices and client objectives.
Compensation & Structure
Hourly Rate: The outgoing rate for this position is $10 per hour.
Client Work Cap: Work on any individual client account must not exceed a maximum of 4 hours per month.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory: Proven, hands-on experience and expertise working with the Marky.ai platform or similar AI social media generation tools.
Demonstrated ability to meet strict time-management goals, specifically the ability to generate 30 days of social media content within a few hours.
Expert-level graphic design skills in Canva, and working proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong video editing capabilities, specifically for short-form video content (Reels/TikToks).
High level of detail orientation, critical for verifying AI-generated brand elements (color, font, voice) within the setup phase.
Excellent communication skills and understanding of social media strategy.
