**Objective:**
Set up an AI-powered outbound lead generation engine that can automate prospect identification, outreach, and follow-up activities for our B2B software and IT solutions business.
**Requirement:**
We are looking for an experienced freelancer/consultant who can design and implement a scalable outbound automation system that:
• Identifies and sources prospects matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Collects relevant contact information and enriches lead data where possible.
• Automates outreach through channels such as Email and LinkedIn.
• Supports multi-step drip campaigns and automated follow-ups.
• Provides basic personalization using prospect and company information.
• Tracks campaign performance including sends, opens, replies, and interested leads.
• Routes positive responses and qualified opportunities to our internal sales team for further engagement.
We intend to use this across 2–3 different product/service categories, each having slightly different ICPs and messaging requirements.
**Typical ICP Parameters:**
• Designation (CEO, Director, Founder, VP, etc.)
• Company size (employee count and/or turnover)
• Industry or business segment
• Geography
**Example:**
CEO / Directors of companies with 50–500 employees or ₹10–200 Cr turnover located in Mumbai.
