B2B Cold Email & Outbound Automation Specialist (Autopilot System Setup)

We are a B2B software and IT services company targeting SMBs and are looking for a proven cold email / outbound automation specialist to build and deploy a scalable, largely autopilot outbound system.
This is not an AI development project. We are specifically looking for a practitioner experienced in building high-volume cold email engines using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Make, etc.
The system should automatically:
• Source and enrich qualified SMB prospects (no manual scraping or static purchased lists)
• Personalize outreach at scale using AI-assisted dynamic fields
• Manage multi-domain, multi-inbox infrastructure with proper warm-up and deliverability
• Run automated sequences with intelligent follow-ups
• Parse replies, qualify interest, and route prospects directly to our calendar
• Provide clear reporting on sends, replies, meetings, and overall performance
We want someone who has already built similar outbound systems sending 1,000+ emails/day with real results and understands inbox placement, domain health, and scalable deliverability.
