I am hiring a skilled virtual assistant or content specialist with experience working inside Kajabi to improve the formatting, flow, structure, and instructional quality of 66 existing online courses.
All courses already exist, and a professional template and badge system are fully implemented and must not be modified. The FOCUS of this project is to enhance the learning experience by improving how the content reads, flows, and engages learners while keeping the existing design intact.
The selected freelancer will reorganize lessons for better readability, strengthen transitions between sections, expand content where appropriate to provide more clarity and depth, and structure lessons so they are easy to scan and follow. AI tools may be used to accelerate rewriting and expansion, provided the output is accurate, professional, and original.
The work also includes quality checks to ensure that content displays properly on desktop and mobile, links and downloads function correctly, and lessons follow a consistent instructional format across all courses.
This project does NOT include template changes, badge setup, video editing, graphic design, funnels, automations, integrations, or platform configuration. The focus is strictly content enhancement, formatting, and quality consistency within the existing Kajabi structure.
