Hands-Off AI Podcast Production
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a YouTube channel with well over a million subscribers, a WordPress site, and several active blogs in the mortgage & refinance space. What I do not yet have is a fully automated, AI-powered engine that turns my expertise into high-quality podcasts, video segments, and live-streamed “mini-conferences” — then syndicates them everywhere without my daily involvement.
Here’s the experience I want:
• You generate a realistic AI video avatar of me (and any guest avatars we might need), build an engaging show format around it, and script each episode using the written material that already lives on my site and blog.
• The finished episodes become both audio podcasts and video assets. They publish simultaneously to YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, complete with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and chapters.
• All of the back-end connections — WordPress, RSS feeds, YouTube Studio, Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcast Connect, social auto-posters, email automations, etc. — are wired together once so that fresh content flows out on a set schedule each month.
• Monthly, the system pulls in my newest articles or briefs, funnels them through the chosen LLM for outline and script generation, produces the avatar video, adds branded intros/outros, schedules the public premiere, and loops analytics back to a dashboard I can glance at on my phone.
• Live-streamed Q&A events or webinars run through the same pipeline, appearing on YouTube Live and pushing the replay straight into the podcast feeds afterward.
I don’t have a fixed tech stack in mind, so you’ll recommend the best blend of tools — Synthesia, Descript, ElevenLabs, Riverside, Restream, Zapier, or whatever else will keep everything on autopilot while preserving quality and compliance for a highly regulated industry.
Acceptance criteria for each monthly cycle
1. Minimum one AI-hosted video episode (10–15 min) rendered in 1080p, published to YouTube with optimized metadata.
2. Corresponding audio podcast episode live on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
3. One live-streamed session per quarter, simulcast and archived to all feeds.
4. Analytics report covering reach, watch time, and conversion actions.
5. Workflow remains hands-off for me; any manual interventions are documented and automated in the next cycle.
If you can architect, launch, and continuously run this end-to-end AI content machine, let’s talk about getting started right away.
