Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking for a freelancer to design and build an automated system/workflow that generates short-form news videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

The system should take a news article or tweet as input and automatically produce a fully edited, publish-ready video (30–60 seconds, vertical 9:16).
This is not a manual video editing role. The goal is to create a scalable, repeatable pipeline that consistently generates high-quality reels with minimal manual input.
The system should focus on generating content across three categories:
Stock Market Updates
Tech Product Launches
Cryptocurrency Trends
Tone should be informative and credible, similar to Bloomberg or CNBC, but optimized for short-form social media consumption.

Tweet / short-form content
Convert into a concise, engaging script (30–60 sec)
2. Script Control
Provide an interface (UI or simple editable step) where I can:
Review
Edit
Approve the script before video generation
3. Voice Generation
Generate natural-sounding AI voiceover
English (Australian accent preferred)
Human-like pacing and tone (not robotic)
4. Video Generation
Automatically create the full reel including:
Relevant visuals (stock footage, AI-generated clips, or images)
Dynamic cuts, zooms, and transitions
Lower-thirds (news-style overlays)
Burned-in captions (accurate + synced)
5. Branding Layer
Support adding:
Intro/outro slates (provided by me)
Subtle CTAs
Consistent visual identity
6. Output
Export:
1080 × 1920 (vertical)
30–60 seconds
≤ 15 MB file size
Format: .mp4
Optionally: editable project file (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut)
Accuracy:
Content must be based on reliable sources (no hallucinated facts)
Quality:
Clean audio (no noise or clipping)
Smooth, natural editing
No obvious AI artifacts
Captions:
100% accurate
Burned into video
Authenticity:
Videos should feel like real social media news clips, not templated or robotic
