Event Illustration Content and Signage Revamp
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m a live-fashion illustrator who draws guests on the spot at weddings, galas, brand activations—anywhere people want a memorable keepsake. The reaction shots are priceless, but my current videos and social presence don’t do them justice, and my event signage could use a fresh look. I’d like one creative partner who can help me elevate all three areas and show me how to lean on AI to keep the momentum going.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Short, polished Instagram Reels that spotlight customer interaction—think a seamless blend of real-time excitement and subtle time-lapse to capture the full sketch coming together. Clean edits, upbeat music, tasteful on-screen captions, and a consistent visual identity are key.
• A stronger Instagram presence overall: thumbnail styling, reel cover templates, and guidance on posting cadence and hashtags so the account feels cohesive and magnetic.
• Eye-catching on-site signage (banners, tabletop frames, or easels) that instantly tells guests “Yes, you can get your portrait here” while staying true to my illustration aesthetic.
• A practical, screen-share style tutorial showing me how to use AI tools—ChatGPT for caption ideation, Midjourney or similar for concept mock-ups, and perhaps Premiere Pro’s Sensei features—to streamline content creation and design. I’m comfortable on an iPad and Adobe Fresco; the lesson should build on that, not start from square one.
I’ll provide raw video clips from recent events, brand colour codes, and photos of existing signage. You bring the editing know-how, design flair, and the teaching chops to make sure I can replicate the workflow on my own next time. If you’re excited to turn live art into lively digital content, let’s talk specifics and timelines.
