AI-Driven Marketing Coordination
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a hands-on coordinator who can keep every moving piece of my clients' content marketing machine on schedule. Twice a week we will meet to review priorities; between those calls you will be my point person with the client, tracking tasks, chasing approvals, and making sure nothing slips.
Content publishing happens on YouTube, the company blog, and social media. For social, our current focus is Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will pull the finished videos, slice them into short clips, add clean subtitles, and polish audio/visual quality in Descript or OpusClip. From the same recording you will drop the transcript into Claude to generate draft blog articles and post captions, tighten the copy, then load everything into the relevant platform with the right tags, categories, thumbnails, and hashtags.
Graphics for each post come together in Canva (or your preferred AI design tool). Once assets are queued, you schedule them, monitor that they publish correctly, and note performance for our next catch-up.
Occasional web updates—text tweaks, image swaps, or landing-page refreshes—round out the workload. As long as deadlines are met and communication with the client stays clear, you will have plenty of room to suggest process improvements or new growth ideas.
Key deliverables each week:
• Updated project plan
• Edited video clips with subtitles ready for multi-channel distribution
• Published posts confirmed on YouTube, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Brief status report highlighting completed items, open questions, and next steps
Client meetings
If you are organized, fluent with Descript, OpusClip, Canva, and comfy using AI tools like Claude to accelerate writing—and located within a 2-3 hour time zone difference from Central Time—let’s talk and get the pipeline flowing smoothly. English fluency is required as this is a client-facing role.
This project involves two clients: one is a marketing company and the other is an investment company. A clear messaging strategy and robust AI project trained on it will guide content creation.
