We want our business related to home mortgages to appear in ChatGPT and other AI ecosystems (like Perplexity or Google Gemini) when users search for topics such as:
- best mortgage lender
- best mortgage rates
- mortgage calculator
-bank statement loans
-dscr loans
-buy before you sell
Basically we will target general and specific mortgage related searches. Our website has a lot of content to reference.
We’re looking for a digital marketing and AI SEO specialist capable of creating a solid strategy to improve our brand visibility across the sources and data that ChatGPT and similar tools rely on to generate responses.
Main Tasks:
- Audit our company's current digital presence.
- Develop a visibility strategy for ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, and Perplexity.
- Create or optimize content (website, blog, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.) that can be referenced by AI models.
- Implement advanced SEO focused on the data sources and content indexed by large language models.
- Optimize presence in the GPT Store or custom GPTs related to home lending and real estate companies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI-focused SEO or Conversational SEO.
- Understanding of the OpenAI, Bing, Google Gemini, and Perplexity ecosystems.
- Prior experience with similar projects preferred
- Professional English level (for international content).
