Creative Strategist & Content Creator for Ads (UGC + Social + AI) — Apparel Brand
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a partner who can help take my premium women’s golf and athleisure brand and translate its aesthetic into high-converting ads. The campaigns will run on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google, so every concept must be adapted to each feed and format without losing the brand’s premium feel.
Our products receive a strong response at in-person events - customers immediately react to the feel, fit, and quality. Our goal now is to translate that experience into high-converting digital content.
What I’m after goes beyond simple asset production. I want someone to work with my Ads Buyer to create strategic, data-backed ideas that move customers from scroll to checkout. That means you’ll combine trend-aware creative thinking, polished production skills and, where useful, AI tools for faster iteration or advanced audience insights.
This is NOT a video editing role. We are looking for someone who can concept, direct, and create content—not just edit clips.
Important:
• Preference for independent freelancers (no agencies)
• This is not a media buying role. We have an Ad Buyer.
• This is NOT a video editing role.
⸻
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with our ad buyer to align strategy from concept to launch, keeping sales conversion as the guiding metric and performance insights
• Guide and communicate what content we should shoot (UGC, product, lifestyle, etc.)
• Produce scroll-stopping videos, refined image sets, persuasive text posts and authentic UGC that look native to each platform while remaining unmistakably on-brand.
• Write punchy hooks, headlines and CTAs, then A/B test variations to improve ROAS.
• Deliver final assets in all required sizes, ratios and formats, ready for immediate upload.
• Provide a short rationale for each creative direction plus basic performance-tracking suggestions so the media team can optimize quickly.
⸻
AI Experience (Required):
• Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop AI, etc.)
• Ability to maintain accurate apparel details (fit, print, structure)
• Strong eye for realism—no distortion or artificial-looking results
If your AI work compromises product accuracy, this is not a fit.
⸻
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience creating high-converting ad creatives
• Strong understanding of UGC-style and performance content
• Experience with apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
• Ability to help build content from the ground up
• High attention to detail and strong creative judgment
⸻
To Apply, Include:
1. How you would approach building content for a brand new to online sales
2. 2–3 ad examples you personally created (apparel/lifestyle preferred) + goal/results
3. The first 3 pieces of content you would have us create or shoot—and why
4. How you use AI while keeping apparel details (print, fit) accurate (1 example)
5. One common mistake in short-form ads—and how you avoid it
Note:
Specific, thoughtful answers required. Generic responses will not be considered.
Scope:
Ongoing work with consistent content needs.
Potential long-term partnership for the right person.
