Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Designer to create engaging, scenario-based content for our AI-powered coaching and assessment platform.
You will design structured content that evaluates communication, leadership, and decision-making skills through realistic, interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scenario-based assessment and coaching content (e.g., leadership situations, business cases)
- Write clear, engaging scripts and prompts for video-based or text-based interactions
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with platform capabilities
- Structure content for behavioral evaluation and skill measurement
- Adapt tone and messaging for different roles (executive, manager, entry-level)
- Optimize content for clarity, engagement, and real-world relevance
Requirements
- Proven experience in content design, UX writing, instructional design, or similar
- Strong ability to write concise, structured, and user-focused content
- Experience creating training, assessment, or e-learning materials
- Understanding of behavioral psychology, leadership frameworks, or HR tech (preferred)
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable scenarios
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven platforms or conversational interfaces
- Background in HR, coaching, or leadership development
- Familiarity with video-based assessments or interactive simulations
