Bulk Vintage Etsy Listing Upload
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an experienced Etsy hand to move more than 50 vintage pieces from my tracking sheet into live, shopper-ready listings. All product photos are already edited and in neat folders; you’ll simply download them and attach the right set to each listing.
I will supply:
• Item titles, brief notes on condition, measurements and any story worth sharing
• The photo folders, labelled to match the item notes
• My shop’s shipping profile and pricing template
What I’m counting on you to do:
• Create each listing inside my Etsy dashboard. I will supply item identificaiton of the item and photos. You will use AI to download a product description and varify check for accuracy.
• Double-check that quantities, variations (if any) and shipping profiles are correctly applied
• Save the listing as active so it is visible in my storefront
Completion is when every item appears publicly in my shop and the listing links are sent back to me for a quick spot-check. This is a straightforward data-entry style task, but Etsy familiarity is essential so nothing is missed and the shop’s vintage vibe stays intact.
