Real-time monitoring of all new reviews across your three Houston Lasik & Eye Google Business Profiles. AI generates a tailored response draft for every review within 24 business hours. All drafts are held for client review and approval before posting to ensure brand accuracy. This would include responding to old reviews.
2. Removal & Support Escalation
Management and tracking of the full removal process for 1–3 star reviews, old and new. This includes multiple rounds of initial reporting, AI-assisted reporting, appeals, escalations, Google Business Support tickets, and Google Legal Removal Requests.
3. Review Generation Funnel
Three listing-specific, mobile-responsive landing pages to be sent to patients via text link for feedback.
If "Thumbs Up": One-click routing to the live Google Review page for that specific location.
If "Thumbs Down": Routing to a private feedback form that is emailed directly to me for action.
