I want my face-cam style videos to move from idea to published post with almost no manual effort. The workflow should start with a short topic prompt and end with a finished video of my digital avatar automatically published to Instagram and YouTube.
Here’s what must happen inside the pipeline:
• Script writing: the system should take my prompt, draft a concise script in my voice, and send it back for one-click approval.
• Avatar video generation: once approved, the script feeds straight into HeyGen (or any equally capable tool) to create the talking-head clip with my likeness.
• Editing & polish: background music, captions, aspect-ratio changes for Reels vs. YouTube Shorts, and a branded end screen must be added without human touch—Descript, CapCut APIs, or similar are fine.
• Auto-posting & scheduling: when the render is complete, the video, title, description, and hashtags push to Instagram and YouTube at the best-time slots through Zapier, Make, or custom code.
Deliverables will be:
1. A documented, repeatable workflow (Zapier/Make scenarios, scripts, or custom app).
2. All code, API keys stored in env files, and process docs so I can replicate or hand off to teammates.
3. A quick Loom walkthrough proving the flow runs end-to-end from prompt to live post.
I’ll provide brand assets and an existing HeyGen avatar file the moment we start. The ideal solution is cloud-based, low-maintenance, and expandable to TikTok later, so keep the architecture modular.
