Freelance Role Overview: AI Video & Podcast Content Creator (L&D Program Support)
We’re seeking a freelance content creator with hands-on experience using AI tools like Synthesia (or similar) to produce professional-grade video content from scripts and visuals. You should also be comfortable using AI podcast generators that convert provided content (text or audio) into engaging, voice-narrated episodes with minimal setup.
Your role will support the rapid development of a flagship Learning & Development (L&D) program for a major client. You’ll work closely with our consultants to turn scripts and materials into polished multimedia assets that bring the content to life.
Key Skills:
• Proven use of AI video tools (e.g. Synthesia)
• Familiarity with AI podcast tools (e.g. Wondercraft, ElevenLabs, Podium, etc.)
• Basic design sense and ability to incorporate supplied visuals
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work at pace with minimal instruction
