Strategic AI Consultation & Roadmap
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an experienced AI strategist to help me clarify where artificial intelligence can bring the fastest and most meaningful returns across my business. At this stage I’m starting with a clean slate: the scope is open-ended, there is no pre-selected use case, and our data landscape still needs to be mapped. Your first task will be to lead a short discovery phase—interviews, current-state analysis, and a quick data audit—so we can prioritise opportunities in areas like customer service automation, marketing optimisation, or operational forecasting.
What I expect from our collaboration:
• A concise report that outlines two to three high-impact AI use cases tailored to my organisation
• An assessment of data readiness, including any cleaning or collection steps required
• A phased implementation roadmap with recommended stack choices (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure or AWS services, GPT-based models) and estimated effort per phase
• Clear success metrics and a budget range for each milestone
Stakeholder workshops will be remote, so strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language are essential. If you have a track record of turning vague AI ambitions into actionable plans, I’d like to hear how you would approach this engagement and see examples of previous roadmaps or strategy decks you’ve produced.
