Local AI Package Builder & Technical Coach (Accounting Firms)
Budget: $250 – $500 USD
I'm planning an AI consultant working with accounting/fiduciary firms in Europe. I need a technical expert to build me a ready-to-deploy local AI package that I can install at client sites myself —
and to coach me so I understand it well enough to set it up and support clients confidently.
The end users are small accounting firms (3–20 staff) who handle sensitive financial data and cannot use cloud AI tools for compliance reasons.
What I need from you:
Build a pre-configured local AI package I can deploy repeatedly at different client sites with minimal technical steps
Choose and configure the right open-source model (e.g. Llama 3, Mistral, Phi-3) for accounting-related tasks
Make it usable for non-technical accounting staff — simple interface, no command line
Document everything clearly — step-by-step install guide written for a non-developer
Coach me via video calls so I understand what I'm installing, can troubleshoot common issues, and can answer basic client questions
Be available in the background for support when I get stuck at a client site
The package should ideally handle things like:
Answering questions based on the firm's own documents (contracts, tax files, SOPs)
Drafting emails and reports in German/French
Summarising long documents
You must have:
Hands-on experience with local LLM deployment (ideally LM Studio)
Experience with RAG setups (connecting AI to local documents)
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-developer
Patient, structured coaching style — I will ask a lot of questions
Engagement model:
Start with building the first package and 3–5 coaching sessions. If it works well, I want an ongoing background support arrangement as I roll this out to multiple clients.
