AI Legal Compliance Consultant Needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m running a series of AI-driven projects that must align with fast-evolving privacy rules and emerging global tech laws. To keep everything watertight I need a freelance consultant who can blend deep legal insight with practical know-how in AI governance, ethical AI, and AI-based product compliance.
Your day-to-day work will revolve around two core streams:
1) Research & Analysis
You’ll track and interpret regulations such as the GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, and comparable frameworks worldwide, then translate the raw statutes into clear, actionable guidance. Expect to prepare concise research notes on data protection and privacy and create comparative analyses of global tech laws to show where our solutions may face friction.
2) Drafting & Advisory
I have several AI policy and governance documents in progress. You’ll review existing drafts, spot gaps, and craft language that meets regulatory expectations while remaining practical for engineers. When needed, you’ll jump on calls with the technical team to ensure the policies flow naturally into model-training workflows, data-handling pipelines, and risk-assessment checkpoints.
Key deliverables
• Research memos covering relevant privacy statutes and new AI-specific bills
• A polished AI governance policy suite ready for executive sign-off
• A brief compliance gap report pinpointing priority fixes for each product feature
Success for me means documentation that a regulator—or an internal auditor—can pick up and immediately understand how we meet our obligations, along with clear guidance our developers can implement without legalese slowing them down.
If your background combines solid legal credentials with hands-on AI advisory experience, I’d love to hear how you can help push these projects over the line.
