AI Integration in Imperial college london Global online MBA Program

Job ID: 39828404

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

Project Title

Consulting Project – AI in Education

Project Overview

The project focuses on how AI can be integrated into an Imperial college online global MBA program to improve delivery, personalisation, student experience, and assessment integrity, while strengthening competitive positioning versus other leading business schools.

Some groundwork has already been completed, including a student survey and initial competitor research. The next stage requires structured consulting support to sharpen the problem definition, deepen the analysis, and produce professional deliverables.

What is Needed

Problem framing & scope

Refine the problem statement and success criteria.

Build an issue tree to disaggregate the problem clearly.

Narrow scope to something “doable but useful.”

Consulting process (“golden thread”)

Link problem → issue tree → analysis plan (QAST) → recommendations.

Ensure a clear, logical storyline throughout.

Analysis & data synthesis

Integrate survey results, competitor benchmarks (how other global MBAs/EdTech providers use AI), and secondary research.

Suggest additional data sources (faculty interviews, module artefacts).

Apply relevant business and strategy frameworks to generate original insights.

Recommendations & deliverables

Develop clear, actionable recommendations (AI-enabled delivery/personalisation pilots, assessment guardrails).

Use competitor comparisons to highlight differentiation opportunities.

Demonstrate why the final recommendations were chosen over alternatives.

Outputs required

Main deck: 10–12 slides, consulting-style, for a 20-minute presentation + Q&A.

Appendix: issue tree, analysis plan, data methods, supporting evidence (survey, competitor scan, interviews).

Executive brief: 2–4 pages summarising problem, analysis, and recommendations.

Storyline tailored for both academic assessors and client presentation.
