AI Consulting for Music: Generating the Same Melody with Different Lyrics

I am looking for an expert in artificial intelligence applied to music who can guide me in choosing, configuring, and using specific software.
The ultimate goal is to automate a process in which, given a very short musical melody (a few seconds), the exact same song (same music, same style) can be generated with different lyrics each time.
Required Technical Details
- Local (Offline) Execution: The solution must be able to run locally on my PC, without relying on paid cloud services for each individual generation. If the solution is online, the cost per generation must be very low.
- Fast Generation: I need the generation to take place in a maximum of 2-3 seconds.
- Short Duration: The audio that will be generated will be very short, maximum 5-6 seconds.
- Melodic Consistency: The key feature is the ability to keep the musical base constant, changing only the vocal track/lyrics. The lyrics do not have to change completely, just a single word, such as a name.
