We are preparing a business presentation for a financial-sector client in Latin America who is evaluating the implementation of an AI-powered chatbot.
We require the support of a certified AI consultant who can join us virtually to:
Provide technical expertise during client meetings (presales role).
Explain the fundamentals of AI chatbots (NLP, LLMs, integrations) in clear, business-oriented language.
Address questions related to security, encryption, compliance, and banking standards.
Support our sales team in building trust and credibility with the client.
This is a short-term engagement for a specific project, but may lead to further collaboration.
Deliverables
Preparation session (1–2 hours) with our team to align on solution details and FAQs.
Participation in live virtual meeting(s) with the financial client, answering technical questions.
Summary report (1–2 pages) highlighting key points addressed during the meeting.
Requirements
Certification in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (Microsoft, Google, IBM, AWS, or equivalent).
Experience with AI solutions in the financial/banking industry.
Solid knowledge of IT security and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly explanations.
Availability to join meetings in Latin American business hours (time zones: CST/EST).
Nice to Have
Experience in banking, fintech, or digital transformation.
Spanish language skills (not mandatory, but a plus).

Freelance, project-based.
Payment per project or per hour, depending on profile.
